HOTEL GUESTS: Transportation will be provided to Ceremony, Reception, and return back to the hotel at the end of the celebration.

Non-hotel guests: we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation to the ceremony. Transportation will be provided from the ceremony to the reception for all guests.

Transportation will be provided for all guests from the ceremony at Saint Joseph’s Church to reception at The Belle Mer. After the reception, return transportation will be provided for guests staying at our designated hotels.

Yes, you are welcome to drive. Parking is available behind Saint Joseph's Church and at The Belle Mer. The Church is one and a half miles to the Venue If you celebrate too hard (much encouraged), you are welcome to leave your car overnight at The Belle Mer. We kindly ask that all vehicles be retrieved by noon the following day.

Formal Elegance: Floor-length gowns and dark suits welcome

Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the lawn overlooking the water, weather permitting. The reception will follow indoors. Bring your dancing shoes!

Due to the holiday weekend in Newport, please allow extra time for travel and plan to arrive early. We ask that guests arrive to the Church no later than 3:45pm. Cant wait to celebrate!

Yes! The celebration will continue at the Torpedo Bar and Lounge, located in the Newport Harbor Island Resort. A walking distance from the Belle Mer.

While we adore your little ones, the cocktail hour and reception will be limited to the adult guests listed on your invitation. Children are warmly welcome to attend the ceremony at Saint Joseph's Church.
